Our home setting offers six bedrooms and three spacious baths. Bedrooms are all situated on the upstairs level and have the following beds: The Master Bedroom has a King Bed, Bedroom #2 has a Full Bed and a Single Sleeping Couch, Bedroom #3 has 2 Single Beds, Bedroom #4 has a Queen Bed, Bedroom #5 has a Queen Bed & Bedroom #6 has a Single Bed.

The decor is luxurious, with custom Hawaiian Koa woodwork, stained and etched glass, beautiful artwork, and fresh Hawaiian flowers. Your accommodations offer fine furnishings and beddings in traditional Hawaiian color scheme for true tropical splendor. Each room (except Bedroom #3) enjoys an exquisite bi-coastal view with no other homes in sight. Downstairs a wood stove and complimentary kiawe wood brings warmth to up country nights. Upstairs there is a separate office with extensive working area, DSL broadband internet service and a wireless router.

The "suite area" - Bedrooms #1, #2, and #3 - share a steam sauna in the bath area. There is a separate living-room, family-room and dining-room complete with a koa wood table for ten. There is also a large screen dish network TV and a CD player with speakers downstairs. The kitchen includes a gas range, 2 ovens, a large refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave plus a full compliment of utensils and dishes. Linens and towels are included throughout as well as both a washer and dryer.

Outside you will find a 50-foot salt-water lap pool with handrails throughout for aquatic exercise. Nearby is the Jacuzzi which has an ultraviolet filtering system. A spacious deck area surrounds the pool and is perfect for sunning and includes an umbrella-shaded table and outdoor lounge chairs for relaxation after your water workout. Towels are provided for your pool activities.

Sometimes for special occasions like family re-unions or extended family gatherings, the best use of the property is to reserve both & at the same time. This also works well for wedding parties that reserve the retreat for a period of time after the ceremony. Depending upon the sleeping arrangements of the guests the estate can hold up to fifteen persons. The rates for the property used in such a manner will vary depending upon the use and the number of guests.
